Essential Guide for Our Future Scientists and Engineers!
The countdown is almost over! We’re excited to welcome you to the upcoming edition of TECHCAMP 2025 at Politecnico di Milano, where science, technology, and innovation come to life. To ensure an unforgettable and smooth experience, here’s all the key information you’ll need to guide you through the week.
Start and End Times
Activities for all courses will begin on Monday, June 9 at exactly 9:30 AM and will end on Friday, June 13 at 4:30 PM. Punctuality is essential to make the most of all the exciting sessions we have planned!

On the first day, we will provide detailed information about the available dining areas and lunch arrangements on site. Please note that a meal service is not included, so you may either bring your own packed lunch or choose from nearby food options around the campus.

Pack Your Bag: What to Bring with You
To ensure a fully engaging and hands-on experience, please arrive with the following:
- Your laptop (fully charged!) with Office suite (or equivalent) pre-installed and working. Don’t forget your mouse!
- The following printed documents (very important!) to be handed in at the welcome desk on the first day:
◦ The Signature Form – Attachment 1 to the TECHCAMP regulations, filled out and originally signed by a parent/guardian. (Make sure to pay special attention to the image release consent and the self-dismissal authorization if the student is a minor.)
◦ A copy of the parent/guardian’s ID who signed the form.
◦ A copy of the student’s ID.
Please note: Make sure all documents are stapled together and that the student’s full name and course name are clearly written on the front page. This will help speed up the check-in process.
Attendance and Certificate of Participation: Your Achievement
At the end of the week, a certificate of participation will be awarded to all students who attend at least 80% of the 30 scheduled hours. Any absences must be communicated to the instructors and tutors, and justified by a parent/guardian (also via email at techcamp@polimi.it).
We also remind you that the final event, involving all courses, will take place at the Leonardo Campus. More details about the event will be shared during the week.
