It will be a self-driving car that will kick off the 1000 Miglia 2023 event, a historic event in which 405 vintage cars compete across half of Italy.
Our TechCamp teachers have actively worked on the project called “1000-MAD”, conceived and developed by the Politecnico di Milano.
The car, on the other hand, was made available by Maserati and Polimi installed all the technological elements necessary to obtain control implemented by AI-driven algorithms.
That’s not all: once the so-called “Most beautiful race in the world” is over, a year of development of AI-driver technology will begin with the aim of making the same vehicle travel the entire route of the 1000 Miglia 2024!
