In this course, we will delve into the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on image classification and analysis. The decision to concentrate on deep learning is due to its increasing popularity and the incredible impact it has had in the field of artificial intelligence in recent years. This course goes beyond the basic principles of AI and aims to explore the latest trends and developments in the field, providing students with a practical and in-depth understanding of how artificial neural networks applied to computer vision work.
Throughout the course, we will examine various tools and techniques used for image analysis and recognition, with practical applications in sectors such as autonomous driving, object tracking, and much more. We will also explore the use of deep learning in image generation, including so-called “fake” images generated by deep learning models.
Our goal is to provide students with a solid foundation upon which to build their understanding of computer vision and deep learning, through theoretical and practical lessons covering various aspects, from image processing to classification using artificial neural networks.
